E-Rate RFP #01-1213 – RTNA Circuits
  *  Is there a need to do data replication between your current head end and the 1255 Euclid location?

E-Rate RFP #05-1213 – Voice Services with business features
  *  With the Current Centrex there are some features that are not listed in the RFP. Does that mean the features are no longer needed? Some od the features not listed in the RFP: electronic key features, visual message waiting , multiple appearance directory, customer premise announcement and UCD with queuing slots.
  *  If there are additional charges for features on these lines, how would you like them detailed?
  *  On page 81 you request 36 months +1+1 , this conflicts with page 83 on the chart. What term are you requesting on the Voice services with business features?
  *  E-Rate RFP #05-1213, under special consideration, page 81, d, there is no termination charges for any reason. Would the district negotiate the term language?

E-Rate RFP #06-08 and AA-12131 - General (Applies to All Fiber RFPs)
  *  Is there a preferred design the school district is looking for in the Head end site?
  *  Will the school district provide a network diagram showing the current configurations?
  *  Are the school's dedicated 1G per site redundant or do they carry traffic 100% of the time?
  *  Does the District have 2 1G connections going to each school?
  *  Today, the District oversubscribes to the network; will it be like this in the future?
  *  What type of subscription is the District looking for in the new propsal?
  *  Does the District want the termination charges to be waived, if the district decides to move out of the Administration building?
  *  If reporting for circuit utilization is required, please detail the requirements?
  *  Section B, page 85 indicates E-Rate RFP#09-1213 is a combination package for requested services. Yet page 105, E-Rate RFP#AA-1213 appears to address the combination package. Is RFP#09-1213 missing, or is this a typo?
  *  For all services quoted (1G, 10G and 1 – 10G), will appropriate power and space (rack, wall-mount or otherwise) be provided for the vendor?
  *  For the remote, or non-core sites, will new services terminate in the same closet/room as existing services? Or will internal wiring extensions be required?
  *  Will CMSD be refreshing their existing switches at each non-core site?
  *  “Appendix D – List of Sites Eligible Sites” is included within the overall RFP, yet is not listed within any of the requirements sections. What is the purpose of this appendix?

E-Rate RFP #06-1213 – 1 GBPS Fiber Optic Data Services
  *  Is there school to school communication?
  *  In the past, Woodland Data Center has been the head end; it appears it will be at 1255 Euclid Avenue in a co-location. Is this correct?
  *  All traffic must pass through the headend which is located on the fifth floor of 1255 Euclid Avenue. What does that mean exactly if the head end continues to be at Woodland?

E-Rate RFP #07-1213 –10 GBPS Fiber Optic Data Services
  *  Is a school like Collinwood equipped with 10GBPS to take 10GBPS service?
  *  How many schools are prepared with conduit and ready to place fiber in them? Is there a list of schools available?
  *  Do you want customer-owned equipment for the 10 GBPS solution included as part of this RFP?
  *  Page 94, bullet 7; “Oversubscription at the head end is not permitted.” As 10 GBPS oversubscription is not permitted, is it acceptable to oversubscribe 1 GBPS services (RFP #06-1213, 1 GBPS Fiber Optic Data Services, page 88) at the head end?
  *  Page 94, bullet 5; “Proposal must include hardware components to terminate Gigabit Ethernet circuits.” For 10 GBPS services, or 1 to 10 GBPS services, do you require a single 10G hand-off? Or multiple 1G hand-offs?
  *  No matter the required hand-off, will CMSD be providing appropriate termination points (1 or 10G ports) on their switches with which to receive the provider’s services?

E-Rate RFP #08-1213 – 1 GBPS to 10 GBPS Fiber Optic Data Services
  *  In a situation where you would have a need to scale up, how would you like that delivered? Could it be multiple 1 GBPS interfaces or 10 GBPS back to the desired GBPS?
  *  In the bundle scenario, how would you differentiate the bundle scenario when you are cancelling services that's not in addition to or from the other responses that are stand alone agreements?

E-Rate RFP #AA-1213 – Fiber Optic Data Services
  *  As long as the technical requirements are met, are we at liberty to propose more than one technical design?
  *  Are you looking for specific SLA's for the fiber optic services?
  *  In terms of the timeframe, does the service have to be fully installed by July 1, 2012?
  *  Will there be any services terminating at the Woodland location? If so, is there a migration plan and time line?
  *  If a location is listed twice on the site list, does this mean you need two circuits at that location? Attachment B - Locations listed twice: 1800 E 63rd St and 655 E. 162 St.
  *  Based upon the RFP, it appears that all traffic will terminate at one location, 1255 Euclid. Would you be open to a alternative design where traffic could be terminated in an additional alternative location, i.e. Woodland, for disaster recovery purposes?
  *  What is appendix D? How does it differ from Appendixes B or C?
  *  Page 105, E-Rate RFP#AA-1213; Even though multiple services for the same site will not be simultaneously contracted, is the vendor expected to total those costs anyway and apply this section? Is there another purpose for this section?

General RFP Questions
  *  If the District posts an addendum, will there be an extension of time for questions?
  *  How will you notify the attendees of the addendums?
  *  Is this a mandatory bidder's meeting?
  *  Should the acknowledgement form be submitted with the final proposal or before hand?
  *  Page 54, Item 6 (General Service Requirements), bullet 6, sub-bullet 2; “Periodic, systematic status reporting must be provided”. Please explain. Does this imply reporting of contract status/implementation? Or does this involve usage reporting of the circuits?
  *  Can you confirm that CMSD WILL be entering into NEW 3 yr w 4/5yr option and will NOT exercising your 5th year option which is July 1, 2012 thru June 30, 2013 on existing agreement?
